I read it, it reads like a communist/socialist handbook on stripping this country of borders, sovereignty(oversite committees/desicion boards), huge supplies of money(as we have to build Mexico's infastructure) shared Emergency services(Influenza outbreak pandemic?), elimination of borders(ID's) and all kinds of controls of commerce, trade & loans(ha grants).
He also told me he supported HR1047(?) that allowed us TO STAY IN THE UN! I wrote the congressman back and told him he was either an INCOMPETENT Idiot or COMPLICIT in what he sent me.
How is it when I read the SPP I see that it is the next step in removing American sovereignty/ jobs/wealth/survivablity/strength and he does not?
Either he agrees or is stupid and corrupt. How can any congressperson NOT want out of the UN??
Other than Ron Paul, Kirt Weldon, D. Hunter, Tom Tancredo, maybe JD Hayworth and Sensenbrener(?) these few, the rest are OUR ENEMIES!!
They either understand whats going on and are corrupt and go along, or they are too Stupid to figure it out and are Incompetent Fools!

I am currently attending the 9/11 Revealing the Truth convention in Chicago. I will be updating the news page as time permits but I will not have the time or resource to send out a daily newsletter. The press conference was overflowing with people and media. The speakers included Alex Jones, Ralph Shoenman & Barrie Zwicker, to name a few. I was able to ask a question to the panel. I was humbles as the room broke into applause for me as I announced my name and affiliation to TvNewsLIES.org. This overwhelmed me because I realize that I am making a difference.

Before I posed my question I asked if there were any members of the corporate media covering the event. Nobody responded. I then asked if anyone from Amy Goodman's Democracy Now was covering the event. Again...the room remained silent. I said that I was "not surprised!"

The keynote-speaking event was overflowing with people ranging from costume wearing truth seekers, young teens, senior citizens and parents with their children. It was very inspiring. I was able to spend time with Jim Mars, Dylan Avery (Loose Change), Lenny Charles (INN World News), Alex Jones, Barrie Zwicker, Webster Tarpley, among others. I ran into Roger, from 911blogger.com. I was able to meet Meria Heller, one of my heroes! I am very encourages with the start of this event and I am looking forward to the rest of the weekend.

Even more upsetting, I came to understand that my 30 years of ignorant bliss had been carefully manufactured on an assembly line of distractions and disinformation. My ignorance had been no accident; it had literally been "by design."

After a few years of serious digging, I reached a point where I couldn't help but stand in awe at the amount of "dirt" I'd unearthed. I thought to myself " How the HELL can all of this be going on and so few know about it?"

The logical answer came shortly thereafter: "It is only going on BECAUSE so few know about it." What I had initially hoped was just a rare instance of wrong doing, turned out to be standard operating procedure. What I hoped was just a new phenomenon (brought about under an exceedingly corrupt administration) turned out to be as old as history itself..

There before me stood the ugly truth: Politics is power over people, "Politician" is basically a synonym for "Conman," and at the top it's criminals that run the show. The "Political System," it turns out, is really nothing more than a way for the criminals to hide and legitimize their illegitimate behavior.

Is it any wonder the worst among us rise to the heights of power? ...Is it any wonder the most talented liars seize the greatest rewards? "But wait" you say. "The title of this piece is; We Have the Advantage. After seeing the enormity of the problems we face, how can you honestly believe we've got the upper hand?" Well, it's pretty simple. For a clue, let me borrow from Adolph Hitler's "Carl Rove":

"The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie. It thus becomes vitally important for the State to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by extension, the truth becomes the greatest enemy of the State." -- Dr. Joseph M. Goebbels

In short, the State has grown so greedy, so corrupt, so dangerous and belligerent, that it no longer has the power to "shield the people" from the consequences of its lies. Additionally, it has all but lost its ability to bury the mounting evidence against it.

Where before the State could easily silence the masses with clever manipulations like "You're giving aid and comfort to the enemy," now brave Americans are standing up and stating the obvious: "No, we're giving aid and comfort to the truth."

We must never forget that liars and thieves depend on ignorance to exist among us. They lose their ability to manipulate and profit at our expense when their tricks and true aims are exposed.

So long as we are gaining and spreading awareness, they (by default) are losing power. If you think about it, the amount of time it took to build the current system of manipulation and control is truly pathetic compared to how quickly it is unraveling. More and more people are waking up every day. ...

They’re leaving the mainstream media in droves; they're actually THINKING beyond the false "left / right" paradigm, they're seeking (AND FINDING) the truth of their own volition. At this point, we are so awash in documented wrong doing that nearly anyone (in just one month's time) can be shown enough to completely neutralize decades of government brainwashing.

The government on the other hand enjoys no such luxury. What has taken them decades to create cannot be regained in a month a year or even a lifetime. Once a person “sees” the truth with his or her own eyes, the gig is up.

As a result of this fact, maintaining their hold on power is mathematically Impossible. Our enemy faces an unstoppable and continuous erosion of their power. Information (specifically, the truth) is the weapon that will destroy them.

They will tell us otherwise, they will pretend everything is fine and their power is secure, but like everything else they say we will know it isn't true. In the end, their time will come and they will fail. But that should come as no surprise. ...Armed with the truth, we have the advantage. Believe it.

My name is Warden and I am an American political activist. I have just been arraigned in Tucson City Court for serious criminal charges resulting from my burning the Mexican Flag in Armory Park on April 10, 2006. If I had burned the American Flag you in the local media and would now lionize me by the liberal political power structure of Pima County. I would have been offered money to speak before liberal political groups.

Mine was a political arrest. I have been arrested for lawful political conduct. I have been arrested because high ranking Pima county Officials fear the content of my political speech. Here in Pima County you may be arrested for expressing yourself politically if your viewpoint angers the established left wing powers that be. This is my third political arrest in the last two years. This is the third time I’ve faced serious criminal charges for lawfully expressing my political viewpoint.

In the first two arrests I beat the criminal charges. Both times I stood up to the formidable powers of the Office of the Pima County Attorney and beat the hell out of Barbara LaWall, the same LaWall who says privately now she wants to indict me. The second case was dismissed by the Pima County Justice Courts because the judge clearly understood that my prosecution was politically motivated by Barbara LaWall, engaging in another one of her well known acts of “political retaliation.” That’s why the court dismissed LaWall’s charges against me, with prejudice.

Powerful judges sitting on the Pima County Superior Court Bench orchestrated the first arrest. Those Judges objected to my public exposure of their commission of what is known as an “obstruction of justice.” They covered up for a pervert cop, who had used his police computer and the internet to solicit sexual favors from children. His name is Charles K Walter, and my name shows up prominently in his criminal case file.

They covered up for him because he threatened to expose the dirty dealings of Pima Superior Court judges and Pima County Attorney Barbara LaWall, who previously had used her office to protect Dr. Michael Mahl, known as “The Doctor of Depravity”, a raging monster who sodomized the children of this community and escaped unpunished because he enjoyed what one informant has described to me as “a close, personal, perhaps even physical relationship” with Barbara LaWall going back to the early 1980’s.

To protect Barbara LaWall from political embarrassment in an election year, Judge Howard Fell, formerly a Pima County Attorney, and Judge John Leonardo, committed civil and criminal acts generally known under the federal civil rights statutes as “Deprivation of Rights under Color of Law.” Ever since the American Civil War the federal courts have understood that malfeasant public officials to satisfy their own political ambitions will often use the local criminal justice apparatus, motivated by partisan political concerns.

This was the case in the American South just prior to the great Civil Rights Movement. Local officials justified the arrest of Black Activists, and said, “they’re not exercising their right of free speech. They’re just trouble making. They’re disturbing the peace!” And oddly enough American blacks were disturbing the peace.

They were disturbing the peace of the white racist political power structure, southern white redneck bigots; local citizens, sheriffs and judges chewing Red Man tobacco, all of whom had great reason to fear the political empowerment of the descendents of former slaves. Just like I now disturb the peace of the left wing, racist political power structure of Pima County.

I admit it: I disturb the peace of the local left wing power structure who now fear the content of my political speech. Some of you in the media, present here today, also fear the content of my speech. That’s why, in Armory Park, you broke through the joined hands of the yellow banded “Peace Makers” who instinctively formed a perimeter, a “zone of safety”, so we few could speak our minds and complete our symbolic act, the burning of a Mexican Flag, protected by Peace Makers from the raging mob of 10,000 who opposed us.

You didn’t respect the border that surrounded us in Armory Park any more than Mexican Nationals now respect the American Border. You broke through the Peace Makers and shoved your way in. You were more interested in creating the news, creating images of yourselves as heroic figures, than in reporting the news.

A Hispanic reporter from Fox News, or Telemundo, barely able to speak comprehensible English, committed aggressive acts against me and another filmed it and edited that film in a creative way, the way you people always do when you want to put your own political “spin” on the story. The way you did in Armory Park when you selectively filmed TPD officers committing what some have reported as “brutal acts against innocent people.”

You see, the viewing public only saw selective images of the arrest, the ones you in the media wanted them to see; they saw none of the criminal provocations of a raging mob that preceded it. You didn’t show the viewers Sandy Rathbun of NBC breaking through our perimeter creating similar provocative acts. Nor did any of you report Randy Garsee of CBS when, three hours after my citation, he stated as a news lead in: “Mexican Flag Burner Convicted by Video, News at 10!” I thought: “That’s pretty quick work, even here in Pima County: from citation to conviction all in three hours.

Well, guess what folks: You will be seeing all of it again, someday soon, when I file a civil rights lawsuit, for violations of my rights, over in Federal Court. You in the media continue to spin each other and the public but you won’t be able to spin a federal judge. And you’ll see it again here in this case when I subpoena every scrap of film taken in Armory Park on April 10, 2006.

If you think Mile Rankin will ever convict me by selectively showing a small piece of film, without first putting it into the context of what may be referred “the totality of the circumstances”, you are sadly mistaken. The only way Rankin will ever convict me is to fix the judge and then I’ll beat the rap on appeal.

Listen up, Mike Rankin and all you in the media. Listen up Vincente Fox, you and your gang of white racists. Listen up greedy American industrialists: Your days of pushing out the American worker for cheap Mexican labor are coming to an end. The Supreme Court will put an end to it. Listen up, politicians, you who sell out America to satisfy your endless appetite for votes, lawful or otherwise:

Your days of class warfare and exploitation of Americans on the basis of race or ethnicity are coming to an end. If you think you’ll silence my voice or stop me from burning Mexican Flags, you are greatly mistaken. I’m going to burn Mexican Flags from one end of this country to the other. I’m going to burn them in Hispanic communities on Cinco de Mayo, as I shout: “Viva Zapata!” Viva Marcos!” I would have burned another Mexican Flag this morning, right in front of the Municipal Court, but I didn’t have the money to buy one.

Listen up: with a little help from my friends here in America, I will burn Mexican Flags any time and place I choose, from sea to shining sea. I will burn them as a sign of Mexican oppression and American exploitation. And if you need ask why, I will now tell you: Because, I am an American. Because I’m mad as hell and I’m not going to take it any more! And, because I can!

11. I plan to fly the U.S. Flag from my house top, put flag decals on my car, and have a gigantic celebration on July 4th. I do not want any complaints or negative comments from the locals.
12. I would also like to have a nice job without paying any taxes, and don't enforce any labor laws or tax laws.
13. Please tell all the people in the country to be extremely nice and never say a critical word about me, or about the strain I might place on the economy.

I know this is an easy request because you already do all these things for all the people who come to the U.S from Mexico. I am sure that Pres. Fox won't mind returning the favor if you ask him nicely.However, if he gives you any trouble, just invite him to go quail-hunting with your V.P.

On April 17, 2006, at 1:00 p.m. victims of legal abuse, legal reformers, and freedom-minded people will join together at the Rayburn Congressional Office Building, the location of the House Judiciary Committee, to demand that the Committee hold hearings on legal abuse in America.

The rally is being promoted by the Citizens Justice Institute. Legal abuse affects millions of Americans each year. Its symptoms are usually pretty obvious.

It occurs when the legal system delivers injustice rather than justice. It occurs when one side gets special treatment ... negative or positive. It occurs when the facts don't matter, but the choice of a well-connected lawyer does. It occurs when procedure is manipulated to foil a fair result. That's because many of us have attempted to communicate with respect to our legislators and found that it simply doesn't work. You, as do so many forms of low life across the planet, seem to confuse respect with weakness. You are, as are so many forms of lowlife across the planet, wrong.

Simple plan to handle the immigration debacle:
1) SLAM THE BORDERS CLOSED NOW! MILITARIZE AS NEED
2) NO AMNESTY!
3) DEPORT ILLEGAL ALIENS NOW!
4) NO GUEST WORKER PROGRAM!

Your long track record proves that you don't represent me or give a damn what I think. You seem to be far more concerned with the swarms of illegal alien lowlife coming across our southern border. Fine.

Do your illegal alien buddies a favor and get them out of this country. Here's why. As these foreign invaders are ever emboldened by each act, real or attempted, by all levels of our government (including you) to justify their illegal lifestyle, their sense of entitlement increases beyond all reasonable bounds.

It's now to the point where the illegal aliens think that what's mine is theirs. They have been on my property, attempting to make my personal possessions their personal possessions, and they have done the same to law abiding citizens all around me.

As folks like you telegraph their approval to these actions by your own inaction, the inevitable next step will be the invasion of my home, which is also my family's home. At this point, enough is enough, and I will not hesitate to invoke my Second Amendment rights and terminate with certainty the career of this invading lowlife.

The last time I checked it was legal in California, where I am one of your "constituents", to blow the crap out of anyone invading your home, and ask questions later. Well, even if this were not the case, they're still going to get the crap blown out of them. For your information, that means pull the trigger until nothing more happens. And I can guarantee, it's highly unlikely that anyone invading my home for ill intent will be one of my fellow citizens.

And all of this courtesy of my worthless legislators (most probably you, unless you do some uncharacteristic voting on any bill remotely addressing amnesty or guest workers), who failed to put these guys back in Mexico where they belong. This is where things are inevitably headed unless those in government (including you) have a rapid change of heart and get rid of these people... soon. As Japan, Germany, and Saddam Housein, among others, have discovered, we Gringo's are slow to anger. But once pushed beyond that threshold, our adversaries experience very undesirable and decisive ends. I am sitting on that threshold and I guarantee that there are vast numbers of real Americans not far behind me.

If you have a sense of responsibility to anyone other that yourself, alien or American, I suggest that you pretend that you're also a loyal American and begin voting and legislating accordingly. We are ready to take back this country in full compliance with all the tools supplied by our Founding Fathers.

Dear Helen:
Thank you for contacting my office expressing support for investigating President Bush and considering impeachment because you believe he deceived the American public about the need to use force against Iraq. I appreciate you taking the time to share your views with me.

I supported the President's decision to use force against Iraq and do not support impeachment.
Despite agreements among the international intelligence community, Republican and Democrat lawmakers, and both the Clinton and Bush Administrations that Saddam Hussein possessed WMDs, stockpiles of these weapons were not found.

I do not believe Presidents Clinton or Bush lied about the threat of WMDs. The President's decision, supported by most of Congress, including both of Connecticut's senators, was based on intelligence that turned out to be incorrect. The question is whether the United States should have given Saddam more time to prove he had destroyed his weapons. President Bush felt we had waited long enough, and I supported his decision to use force.

As Chairman of the Subcommittee on National Security, Emerging Threats and International Relations, I've held more than 60 hearings on the terrorist threat -- 22 of them prior to September 11, 2001. There was no doubt in my mind on that fateful day, and there is no doubt in my mind today, that Saddam Hussein gave comfort and support to those who would destroy us and that for too long we failed to insist on the enforcement of United Nations' two resolutions governing Iraq's conduct. The bottom line is, Saddam Hussein needed to be removed from power, and the Bush Administration finally did so.

I am very concerned about the violence in Iraq and the welfare of our troops. As Chairman of the Subcommittee on National Security, Emerging Threats and International Relations, I have made ten trips to Iraq because I want to learn first hand about the conditions there. These trips allow me to make an assessment of our operations in Iraq, independent of the Administration or the press; to make recommendations to the Administration on ways to improve; and advocate our positions to the Iraqis. It is clear to me while significant mistakes have been made and progress in Iraq has been slow and uneven, progress is being made.

We all know mistakes were made. We did not prevent the looting that took place when coalition forces first entered Iraq. It is clear we should not have disbanded their entire government, army, border patrol or police. The Department of Defense made grave errors by not procuring enough protective gear or armored vehicles for our soldiers. But it is vitally important to the future peace and prosperity of the Middle East and the entire world that the United States and its coalition partners fulfill their commitment to stabilizing Iraq before we withdraw troops.
Unfortunately, the Administration has done a very poor job of explaining to the American people our exit strategy.

The United States' strategy is to assist the Iraqis in creating a secure environment so they can develop their new democratic government and defend that government. American forces can be reduced when enough Iraqi police, border patrol and military personnel can take their place and their new government is fully functioning.

To support our efforts in training an effective Iraqi security force, I voted for H.R. 1268, the Emergency Supplemental Appropriations Act for Defense, the Global War on Terror, and Tsunami Relief, which passed the House by a vote of 368 to 58 and was signed into law by the President on May 11. This legislation provides $5.7 billion to train Iraqi police, military and border control agents. The bottom line is Iraqis want to defend their own country, and I strongly support the United States' commitment to ensuring that in addition to training, they have the tools and manpower necessary to do so.

The establishment of a new Iraqi government is progressing well. In June 2004, the U.S. transferred power to a sovereign interim government. In January 2005, elections were held, a President and Prime Minister were named, a transitional national assembly was formed and members were selected to write Iraq's new constitution. This Constitution was approved by a national referendum on October 15 with 63 percent of all adults voting and 79 percent of them supporting the new constitution. On December 15, 2005, new national elections were held with approximately 70 percent of those eligible to vote exercising that right and privilege.

You may be interested to know the Subcommittee on National Security, Emerging Threats, and International Relations has held several hearings on troop protection. Working through the Committee I will continue to conduct oversight on this important matter and pressure the Department of Defense to do a better job ensuring our troops have everything they need.

Our military's role in removing Saddam Hussein from power and ending his regime was highly successful, but the task of winning the peace and rebuilding Iraq should have been placed in the hands of the State Department much sooner instead of keeping it with the Department of Defense. Had this been done the looting would have been confronted and they would not have eliminated the Iraqi army, border patrol and police. Had the military remained focused on capturing the remaining elements of Saddam's regime and fighting terrorists, had the State Department been called upon to take a greater role in the reconstruction efforts, and had Congress asserted a greater oversight role granted to it by our founding fathers, I believe the creation of a new Iraq would have proceeded without such resistance and turmoil.

PROTEST RALLY against the DENIAL of the PEOPLE'S RIGHT to TRIAL BY JURY by CORRUPT JUDGES

On Monday, 30th January, 2006 at 8:30 am in Queen's Square, Sydney, Australia, at the northern end of Hyde Park and in front of the Law Courts Building, there will be a Protest Rally on the occasion of the Judges parading in public to celebrate the "Commencement of the Law Term" when they dress in all their robes and wigs to attend services at St. Mary's cathedral at 9:00am and later at the St. James's Church at 10:30 am.

The Magna Carta Monument in Canberra's Parliamentary Triangle says that "Magna Carta is now seen as the traditional mandate for trial by jury, justice for all, accountable government and no arbitrary imprisonment.". Trial by Jury is the People's only protection against injustice and oppression and has been guarantied to us since 1215. The "Charters of Liberty", which entrench that Right have been "Constitutional Enactments" in Australia since 1828. There is no other way the People can defend themselves against corrupt, unfair and inappropriate laws passed by State and Federal Legislatures and imposed by dishonourable Judges.

However, those Legislatures have now passed laws which abolish our Right to Trial by Jury and the corrupt Judges ruthlessly impose their ill-gotten power.

The purpose of the Rally is to demand the return of our most precious Right and the return of the Rule of Law. It is also to show support to those Judges who may not be happy to be dishonourable and corrupt, but have consciences. It is to encourage those men and women who are going through Hell in the own lives because they know what they are doing is wrong.

Everyone ordinary Australian who has a Passion for Truth, Justice, Freedom and Democracy is strenuously urged to be in attendance in Queen's Square. All the victims of the Family Court or any Court where they have not been told that they must give their "clear and unequivocal consent to be without a Jury" and that in the absense of that consent "the Court has no jurisdiction to proceed summarily", should make the effort to be there on that Monday because it is the only day of the year that they will have to look 100+ Judges in the face and say, "LET RIGHT BE DONE".

Then I thought, President Bush admit defeat, YOU'VE GOT TO BE KIDDING! Not even on a 'drunk day'. I posted about (11) US Military being killed yesterday in bomb blasts. This 'thing' kept eating away at my mind and still is!Is there EVER a winner and a loser in war?

I believe we gain some things and lose some other things.... ie the Iraqi people have gained their freedom from the rule of Saddam Hussein and his barbarious. BUT the Iraqi people have also suffered many deaths and devastation across their entire country. U.S. Forces and it's Coalition members have lost many lives in this war.
Were they worth it?

Believe me, I don't claim to have the answers. Just many, many thoughts and questions on the temerity of the acts of war, of fighting, killing, wounding. Of those who went coming home with ruined lives, lost limbs, PTSD, having seen and done things they will NEVER forget.
I look at the Government, the Military, and America and wonder if we gave the best we had to give for our military to engage in battle and remain as safe as possible?

Did we give them faulty, old, used and abused equipment? And why were the American people asked to give so much to and for our troops? Why wasn't our Military and our Government doing it? Shouldering the high price?

Why hasn't our esteemed Commander in Chief attended ONE military casualty funeral?

Oh yea, and what about all of these Veterans from this war on terror? As a Nation, we haven't been able to fully 'take care' of the promised benefits to our prior war torn Veterans, so how are we going to handle even MORE of them now?

Why can't they get what they have RIGHTFULLY and bloodily EARNED? How CAN any dr., regular, specialist, shrink or VA Physician say that a warrior isn't experiencing PTSD? EVERY ONE who experiences war has some type, some level of PTSD. So does every law enforcement officer, fireman, ambulance service, nurse and doctor.

We all KNOW that with war comes death, injury, illness, etc. But when is the RIGHT TIME to wage war, and when is it time for other options?

I think the 'price' of this war has been just much too high and costly for America. Win or Lose? We ALL lose when resulting to war, violence, death and destruction.

They did this because they knew that even 229 years later tyrannical ogres, like the one who wrote the email below, would attempt to gain power someday and use that power to condemn and persecute in the despicable fashion of a Salem witch-hunter.

As we near the day we celebrate the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ, claims that you are a born-again Christian somehow wring hollow. What Christian would make the remarks concerning the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights that you have reportedly made? The Constitution of the United States is not simply a piece of paper, this was a document hotly debated by very learned men; that was constructed to ensure the American people the greatest amount of freedom to govern themselves. The U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights came out of the blood of those who fought and died to end the tyranny of England.
If, as it has been reported, you spoke of this founding document in such disparaging terms, such in my mind is an act of treason. I find it commendable that you finally owned up to going into Iraq waving the flag of false pretenses. Saddam Hussein is a dictator? That doesn’t fall within your jurisdiction, President Bush.
America had and has no business in Iraq. If the Iraqi people did not like Saddam Hussein it was their place to get rid of him, not ours. We have no business in Iraq and you had no business sending American troops into that country. Now that we are there you have no qualms about the lives lost there in the name of saving face; your face.
You speak of the “safety of America”. You insult our intelligence, Mr President. The American people are watching as illegal aliens of every sort and description, criminals and terrorists included, cross our open borders, north and south, on a daily basis. Yet you have done nothing meaningful to staunch the flow.
If you have no credibility when it comes to speaking of safety in post-9/11 America, you need look no further than the mirror. If more Americans die because you have failed to secure our borders, the fault is yours and yours alone.
Last week it was disclosed that you have allowed the unauthorized wire tapping of American citizens. You say this is for “our safety.” Again, Mr President, those open borders belie that claim. We need the Patriot Act to protect our freedoms? No we don’t.
The Patriot Act hasn’t and won’t stop one terrorist from crossing those open borders north or south. All the Patriot Act does is stomp on the rights of law-abiding American citizens.
Personally, Mr President, I find your actions with regard to 9/11, Iraq, the borders, the wire taps, personally offensive. History has repeatedly demonstrated that a people willing to give up their rights for security will, in the end, lose both. Our country is not safer, for all the speechifying and anger coming out of your office, than it was on or before 9/11.

Our country is, however, a whole lot closer to a police state. If you are the Christian you proclaim to be, it would behoove you to spend a lot more time on your knees seeking God’s guidance and foregiveness.
