Laundry $100 for (1) Wash
"United Nations and U.S. auditors have estimated that the Houston-based company, once headed by Vice President Dick Cheney, overcharged by $1.8 billion for its work in post-war Iraq. One of Halliburton’s subsidiaries, KBR, billed the US Army between $1.62 and $1.70 per gallon for gasoline that normally cost 71 cents in the Middle East. Another subsidiary in Iraq charged $100 for a 15-pound bag of laundry"
